The property was very fancy and homely and we had a real good stay. The food was fab and the staff was dedicated. The location of the hotel was absolutely perfect and nice, to Auczwitz museum. It was also just off the memorial, and Restaurant -- which co-incidentally.

The location is magnificent, 2 km from Memorial and Museum Auschwitz-Birkenau. Staff is dedicated and excellent and you can park your car nearby. The breakfast is savoury and great, offered with all the dishes normally found at both North American, good coffee and bacon.

Its location was unbeatable and magnificent, to the old historic town center, and in a nice area. Plus, it was near a medieval castle museum.

Very clean bed in the family queen room, plus an iron/ironing board, coffee/tea making machines, and a TV. Family atmosphere all around, perfect and convenient location short walk to the Synagogue and Jewish History Museum, the airport and the castle and city center. Also, in city centre.
